This is a typical case for 'Cosmetic Dentistry' as well as 'General Dentistry' where a Patient complained about the discoloured and chipped teeth and asked for options to improve the appearance of her teeth. The Treatment included:

Treatment of an underlying clenching habbit
Toothwhitening with Trays over a period of 3 weeks
Removal of old fillings and replacment with ceramic inlays and crowns
Direct Veneers and cosmetic Bonding to repair the chipped teeth
pressed ceramic veneers for the lower front (the patient did not want to wear braces)
Before: old crown with discoloured margin and wrong shade After: Gum correction and old crown replaced with a pressed ceramic crown
The upper front teeth are most important for the aesthetic of the face. An artificial looking crown can 'spoil' an otherwise harmonic face completely.
